We start with a brainstorming session to understand the client needs, timeline, budget and must haves. We go through each of these in depth and work with the client on budget breakdown, cash flow, milestones, sourcing, stakeholders, concerns, approvals, contracts, etc.

We do not believe in one size fits all, and therefore we tailor our solutions to the client’s needs and requirements.

نحن لا نؤمن بمقاس واحد للجميع، ولذلك نصمم حلولنا وفقًا لاحتياجات المالك ومتطلباته الخاصة به فقط.

Our clients are always in the driver’s seat in our plans, and we provide them the tools, resources, and knowledge to complete the project. We build a risk plan so that any possible scenario is dealt with, and any problem is turned into an opportunity.

Full communication management and dissemination of project information thus eliminating confusion and increases accuracy.


Increase Efficiency زيادة الكفائة

We work with all the stakeholders to confirm sequence and timing of activities, so projects are completed faster and more efficiently. We mitigate delays, work stoppage or waiting periods.


Control Scope نطاق العمل التحكم في

Vetting scope of work at the start to ensure that no scope gaps are left by the contractor or consultant or that the client is fully aware of that. The initial budget, should no changes occur, accounts for all facets of the project.

Manage Costs إدارة التكاليف

Delivering on budget and commercial management is one of the main keys to the success of any endeavor. We control not only service costs but also the people resources, both internal and external, and equipment costs as well.


Manage Time and Schedule of work إدارة الوقت و جدولة العمل

Manage deadlines by setting a schedule at the inception of the project and ensure that potential causes of delay are identified and mitigated. Work with stakeholders to calculate the time for activities so that and work progress in the appropriate and agreed order. Proper sequencing of activities eliminates idle time.


Deal with Potential Risks تعامل مع المخاطر المحتملة

Anticipate and identify risks and create a response Plan to track their status. We manage risks and turn problems to solutions.


Administer Contracts and Procurement إدارة العقود والمشتريات

Manage the contracts and procurement for the clients and prepare a cash flow register to track all payments and expenses. This will provide a tracker for all payments measured against progress.
